We bought two of these cases for our cruise last week. We had read reviews that you could not use your iPhone through the plastic case. What we discovered was if you turned your phone on with the side button and swiped left you could access the camera and still take pictures through the plastic casing So if you have an iPhone turn on your phone while it’s in the case with the side button and swipe left to reach your camera and you should be able to take great pictures. Afraid to put it under water? Well as we boarded our catamaran after our snorkeling trip my bag accidentally fell over into the pounding surf. It was completely submerged under the incoming waves as we were preparing to leave the shore We immediately reached for my phone to discover that no water had gotten in.
