I like how easy it is for my team members to post their availability and get notified when an applicant has responded to them. If you are looking for a great way to track your applicants without having to spend time logging into each individual account this is perfect! We don't have any dislikes at this point as everything seems very simple and intuitive so far. Tracking resumes & applications from our candidates who apply through LinkedIn. It saves us valuable time by allowing us to respond quickly to potential opportunities instead of waiting until we receive resumes/applications via email or phone which can take days sometimes.
