Not a magic pill but it will do the job.

A good friend of mine who knows a bit about nutrition suggested encapsulated pills because they hit your body much faster than hard pills. ZMA is also a better alternative compared to hard zinc tablets. Don't expect these or any other supplements to work overnight. There is no magic pill. It's (always) best to combine supplements with proper diet and exercise routines. After about a week or two I felt an improvement in my health. I would recommend these pills for a good supply of zinc for men who need to get their testosterone levels back up. Much luck!
