Review on 🧹 Rug Doctor Wherever They Occur Cleaner: The Ultimate Portable Machine for Spot Removal on Carpet, Rugs, Stairs, Upholstery & Auto Interiors by Juzer Rashid

My Bissell ProHeat broke and after reading the reviews I bought this one which was about $40 more expensive. In many ways this one is better. Much larger water tank, much larger recovery tank, it has great wheels and the luggage handle makes it easy to move. It's very loud, louder than the Bissell and has a lot more storage space. It occupies a much larger area. I wasn't too sure at first as I didn't really feel like it cleaned as well. But I do realize that by holding the brush at the same angle as Bissell and The Rug Doctor it requires it to be straight up and down, not at an angle when you're pulling to suck up dirty water. It makes my carpets noticeably cleaner. After a few weeks I am very satisfied. I really think the Bissell is still a great product for the money so don't waste your money on small jobs just to get this machine. I have used it primarily for cat vomiting as I have an elderly cat with acid reflux. Its food tends to stain carpet and does a great job of removing stains, not just dirt. The biggest disadvantage of this machine is the filling and emptying of water tanks. The fresh water tank must not stand in a sink, so two people, or at least your cleaner, must be open and ready to pour water with one hand. Even after reading this in the reviews I still gave up on it a few times when I started. So make sure you do this over the sink. I also spilled the waste water tank as mentioned in other reviews but I like that the bottom comes off so I can clean it of any remaining dirt. This is not an option with Bissell. I also ordered Rug Doctor Carpet Cleaner which I find doesn't completely remove odors from carpets and I don't like the smell as much as Bissell. So I can try this machine with my old pet cleaner when it runs out. Then I know whether the cleaner or the machine is working so diligently. If you need to clean up a poo mess, like I did when my dog got into something he shouldn't have done, you'll notice a very strong odor coming from the machine's vent as you clean. I don't know why this is happening and I want them to fix it. I was afraid it would ruin the car but everything seems fine. And in my photo I show that there is still a lot of water in my carpets because the fresh water tank was completely full and as you can see the waste water tank does not contain nearly the same amount of water that was extracted from the fresh water. Tank at time of last use. That's a big minus.
