I work at the computer all day and started getting pains in my neck and shoulders because I tend to stretch during the work to lean forward. Although I've never had good posture, it started to deteriorate because I was working from home at a makeshift workstation due to the pandemic. I started looking for something that would support me and not let me down during the day, but still be comfortable. After reading a few reviews on this and other products, I decided to stick with this one. I can wear it comfortably for about three hours at a time. It doesn't dig into my armpits or make me feel restricted. After putting it on, I feel like my chest has opened up and I can breathe easier. It improves my posture and seems to take some pressure off my lower back. I've noticed that after wearing it a few times it seems to have become ingrained in my muscle memory and I can correct my posture by remembering how my body feels when I wear it. While this product will improve your posture when you wear it, it's not a brace or corset and it won't completely eliminate your hump, so you need to be mindful of how you sit. However, just remembering not to lean forward will do the job just fine. I especially like the bright color and the fact that I can wear it under a loose shirt when I get back to the office. I'm 5'4 and 160 pounds and bought a large. There is a strong velcro on the front that you can adjust to your liking.
