They are very thorough in their approach to getting everything set up properly, they have been able solve any issues we had with our system quickly (even when it was late at night). When there is an issue or question that needs answering I get multiple emails until someone gets back! We use this service primarily as part of GCP but also utilize some other services from them too - nothing has really stood out negatively yet though if anything i think its just because all things work well together already :) Highly recommend using these guys!! Our current main concern right now seems like pricing/costs- however thats normal considering how much time people spend working here :P I really like that they have an easy to use interface, it's very intuitive. The pricing structure is also fair with good discount options available if needed. They are constantly adding new features which makes them one of our favorite partners in this industry. Nothing at all! We love working together because their team members are some of the most motivated people we've ever met. Their support has been great from day 1 and always willing to help when required.
