Review on 🚚 Enhance Your Towing Experience with Air Lift 25854 LoadController Single Gauge by Tim Larsen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very nice to have good dampers, struts and suspension

Bought this because I tow my RV a lot with my 2018 F-150. It sags in the back as soon as I load everything onto the bed of my truck. I have a balancer hitch but it still squats due to the weight of the truck bed. Installation was easy and straightforward. Directions are good. When I install the air ducts into the connectors, I push them all the way in, then twist them both ways to make sure there are no leaks, and I didn't do that. Many airways. I would take an extra #12 electrical cord that I needed, about 6 to 7 feet. I also need a fuse holder. It wasn't included in the 25854 kit, there was a fuse but no holder. I installed the sensor and controller on the dash because I wanted a factory look. I installed a pressure gauge to make the 4WD selector work, I have 2 wheel drive. I had a coin holder in there so I converted it to hold my gauge controller. I like the analog system because there is no noise in the signal. For wireless systems, I've seen reviews with a lot of issues. The analog system is completely closed and there are no problems with wireless communication, so it is more reliable. I highly recommend this system. I have a 59570 airbag rated at 2000 lbs. I tow 4400 pounds with a 400-500 pound bed. The empty ride is great, even better than stock, I keep the airbags at around 10psi. Haven't towed with this setup yet but I'm going on a 1000 mile trip next month, I'll post the date. Another thing to air the system is when the air conditioner is on you can't hear the compressor, when the air conditioner is off you can hardly hear the compressor. This is a very quiet system.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Running Speed
