These are wonderful for cookies and brownies but not so much roasting. When I make cookies they come out with great color every time and clean up super easy. When I turned up the oven to roast these pans start having a issue. First thing I noticed was they warp when you put veggies on them then pop back after they start to cool down. I usually use foil but a little oil escaped the foil and got on the pan and it left a stain. Also, make sure you tell the people you live with NOT to broil using these pans. Someone didn’t know and used it to broil and it bubbled up the silicone on the handles. Oops!
