At first I was glad I bought this product (or at least as excited as you can be about a toilet brush) as it seemed to stay much cleaner and less messy than your standard nylon bristle toilet brush. And to this product's credit, the storage base has a fairly ingenious design to allow for airflow rather than letting the brush sit in a mud puddle. However, the design has two major drawbacks. First and foremost, the bristles aren't hard enough to scrub stains off the toilet. Without going into too much detail, this would probably work fine for a "fresh" stain, but I don't know a single person who cleans their toilet every day, and when I clean the toilet I have to scrub off the stains. for 10-20 seconds. everyone. Also, and this is a minor issue, the threaded attachment of the handle to the brush head is not a very good design, as the brush often comes loose during use, especially when cleaning the outlet channel at the bottom of the toilet.
