Safe ingredients? It really doesn't foam much. If you have food on your dishes, they won't come off without extra washing. My dishes actually need to be pretty clean before I wash them with soap. This is normal when cleaning light objects such as glasses. But that's all. It removes some fat, but no heavy fat, just light fat. The worst part was that after just a week of using this dish soap, black mold started growing on my sponge holder and dishwashing sponge. So I had to throw away the sponge holder and sponge which I wasn't happy about. It doesn't seem to remove things like bacteria and it doesn't seem to disinfect anything, which is a big problem as it poses a health risk. In fact, the detergent in my flush pump has started to turn cloudy and I suspect bacteria is growing there. Disappointed! Update: The second bottle of dish soap I used, which was in the original bottle and not in my dishwashing pump, also became cloudy. A slimy film of white smoke forms at the bottom. Looks like bacteria growing in soap. I do NOT recommend this soap. Absolute waste of money!
