In the past I have used products that were given a name change and price increase, but was not better than the old. This detergent is actually a noticeable improvement over the Finish I had been using. What a pleasant suprise!

I don't pre-rinse anything, it all goes in my 18" dishwasher (narrower than most), and it gets dishes clean that I totally thought I'd have to clean up after. some of the best detergent out there.

We thought there was something wrong with our dishwasher (and maybe there is) but after switching to this, all our glasses are crystal clear and it cleans our dishes so well

this product works great BUT once I got through the top layer of them there were approximately 25-30 completely stuck together and useless. I have no humidity in my house or in the storage cabinet. my advice is if you order this check out the contents completely. from now on I'll just buy the bags at the store and refill the convenient plastic container and probably put some silica gel packs in there just for good measure.

I've got an ancient dishwasher and they worked great. Some of the cleanest dishes I've ever taken out of the dishwasher, I was looking really hard for spots but didn't see any. I am impressed but skeptical of what's in them. How is this possible and how to replicate the results more cost effectively I just don't know.It loses points for the price and the only reason I got them was a sale. It do a good job washing & even dry it’s all in one the only things is it left the smell of the soap. So don’t intend to used the dishes right after.

I started with their rinse and noticed everything came out shiny. Since the rinse worked well I would try the complete in pods! The commercials are serious and true!Really thought it was my dishwasher. When the toilet paper tycoons were eviscerating supermarket shelves back in 2020 the brand I used to buy, Cascade, was nowhere to be found. I tried the cheaper detergents, and had to add drying agent and still had spots and dishes were still wet after drying over night.These tablets eliminate all the spots from hard water and now there's minimal water left in the morning.

Love the product but the shipping method was not a great choice. It came in a plastic bag and the seal was broken on the item and packets were loose.

This product is great. I've been using it for years based on recommendations from the appliance store. However, the product arrived covered with clear wrapping tape, because the lid was broken in half. This happened before shipping, because part of the packaging was inside the tape with the pods - see upper right corner. Since this product has to be kept dry, I will have to use different watertight container to store it. I expect more from ebay Fresh! I recommend picking a different shipper.

I came from a household that ONLY used Cascade dishwasher detergent. It wasn't until my late 20s when I finally moved into an apartment with a dishwasher (that was in the 90s) and of course I purchased Cascade. dose a very excellent job of cleaning my dishes, glasswear and pots. Other brands did not do as good of a job as thisproduct.

I had trouble with other brands trying to fir the little dual-bag unit into the Snap-close holder.This one works just fine so get it. It does beautiful job.

These pods were great, at first. Then my clean dishes started smelling like soap when I unloaded the dishwasher. Also, the "second load" compartment sometimes contains undissolved pod residue. I use "high heat water" so that my dishes will be sanitized, but how can they be sanitized when they still have soap residue on them after an "extra rinse?"

The only issue is that I randomly find undissolved 'blue stuff' (blue detergent with some undissolved dissolving plastic casing). this is an issue that doesn't happen with Cascade Complete caps (which clearly uses less dissolving plastic than these). That said, even with leftover stuff, cleaning power doesn't appear negatively affected.
