The integrated Salesforce CRM makes it easy to track leads and close deals in one place. Escala's team was very responsive throughout our onboarding process, and helped us get setup quickly. I had some minor issues with custom fields not syncing properly, but their support team took care of me right away. Make sure you have all required integrations before signing up so you're not disappointed later. We are solving the problem of keeping track of leads and managing tasks. It also integrates with Salesforce, allowing us to see what stage each lead is at.
