Excellent customer service and knowledge base

The technical support staff is excellent! They are very knowledgeable about our products as well keeping up with all recent updates to them which helps when I am having problems or need immediate help from another department (non-technical). Easy for my team members who do not have technology experience; we were able understand how it worked so there was no issue training those people at first glance that they can get things done without assistance if needed down line etc.. We just did some minor implementation changes but realized quickly after getting their tech guys' input what really needs attention vs little stuff here/there like setting permissions correctly - easy fixes once pointed out by professionals within minutes rather than weeks waiting time normally experienced doing this ourselves before hiring someone else's expertise!!
