As for pain relief - this product is GREAT! The very first time I used it, I had sooo much tension built up, and it felt so great that I watched a movie and used it for the full hour and a half of the movie on various parts of my back. This is a very durable hat. I have worn it hiking for a week in Montana, gardening, at the beach constantly, and several times in the pool. It doesn't fade, it doesn't lose shape, it doesn't stain. It stays on your head and doesn't slip, even when standing on top of a very windy mountain. It it lightweight and cool, and keeps sweat from dripping on my face from my hairline. Very sturdy and well made. Attractive, and deep enough to hold flowers for a few years without getting too crowded. Just one gripe, the liner was held to the top edge with small black zip ties. A good idea, but you will need to cut them off in order to remove the liner so you can see where the bolts go to mount the top to the base. So why did they even bother to put the zip ties on. It would have made more sense to just include them in the hardware so the consumer could attach them afterwards. OSee full review

When I used to go on cruises, I'd take my laptop and one of those thick HDMI cables in order to watch my videos on the cruise ship TV (which took up a good amount of space in my suitcase).
