It was a great purchase! It warms my room without raising the temperature of the whole house. I love that it turns itself off once it reaches a certain temperature so I can set it when I go to bed and not worry about it being too hot when I wake up. I didn't even have to turn on the heating, it does such a wonderful job. The fall protection works great. The only thing is that it's difficult to turn on when it's on the carpet, but you just have to press it and it works. And it's the perfect size for my bedside table, so I no longer have to put it on the floor.
