Chose the unit with the assistance of a Senville tech. Took 7 hours to install by local HVAC tech. Cost me $700 to install. It blows ac at 45 degrees. A central HVAC blows at 19 degrees. This unit cannot get the temp lower than 79 degrees when it is over 95 outside. However, the 79 feels great and we even look for blankets sometimes. I installed this unit in April to serve 3 bedrooms in a single story ranch house while replacing a central unit due to cost. It cooled wonderfully. And near the top there's A,B,C locations for the wire hook-ups. Sinville helped narrow down the issue. ABC copper lines was ok it was the wires for ABC locations that was wrong. Installation was a breeze, and I did it myself, leaving just the connection of the gas lines (including evacuation, bending the lines around corners and cutting to length and re-flaring the ends and testing) for my HVAC guy. My 3 zone Senville unit arrived via freight carrier. Looked like the pallet was ran into with something so I had to open the main unit and inspect. There was some minor damage, one of the mounting legs was crushed a bit, but other than that all seemed intact.Installation was pretty straightforward if you are handy. came nothing broke. only thing i did not like they put it outside my gate when i was at work. but was too heavy to steal. easy to install. get very cold. vary lite on the electric bill. would buy again! thanks sanville great product.

Was sent a unit with a defective communication board. Mike at customer service was very helpful and got a new board sent out right away.My HVAC installer said it was very easy to install. The unit is super quite and cooled down my 600sf garage in no time. It is 115 degrees where I live and this unit keeps my garage nice and cool. Would highly recommend this unit

Very quiet operation. Seems to be a good replacement for forced air whole house system. Had delivery issues with FedEx and Walmart. One month after receiving Walmart still showed in transit. FedEx delivery shipping package damaged. Equipment had minor physical damage.

This product was asy to install initially and it is now 3 years later and still running strong. Keeps the house cool on the hottest days and warm on the coldest.

I bought the 3-zone mini split and it is quieter than my air purifier. It works really well and is very efficient. Like another reviewer I noticed it changed the display to two dashes on all units at one time. My office window was open and the mode was set to auto, so once the air temp went below the temp setting on the cassette it tried to turn on the heat for that unit. Apparently you cannot run heat on one unit and cool on the others so it shut down the system. Changing all modes to cool…

The systems never actually worked properly. Three different mechanical contractors tried to repair and were not successful. Will go with a better known brand in the future.
