AMAZING customer service department. We had an issue with one of our wall units after installation so I got in touch with customer service explaining the situation and I was called the very next day by a tech to evaluate what could be the issue. He sent me some parts and suggested the unit be rewired and poof, problem solved! Easiest customer service situation I've ever had to deal with. There was no back and forth, no blame game, just straight forward let's get this up and working for you. Amazing. And the units run perfectly. Nice cold summers for us now!
