Review on 🍞 Premium Anodized Aluminum Bread Pan by Fat Daddio's - 7.75 x 3.75 x 2.5 Inch: Superior Quality for Perfectly Baked Bread by Mary Williams

The pan itself is excellent. High quality, thick, heats up well, nothing gets scratched. But when they say it's not nonstick, they mean it. I've probably cooked paleo bread in it 5 times, and each time I try something new to coat it (olive oil, avocado oil, ghee, etc.), and nothing has worked so far. When the bread is baked I have to poke it around the edge with a knife to separate it from the mold and then the ALL inside the mold is covered with a nice crunchy crust of bread. Next time I'll try putting parchment paper in it and if that doesn't work this pan will go to charity and I'll go back to nonstick so I don't make a mess every time. I want a sandwich.
