I was eager to check out the online shop for BORIFLORS because I am a fashionista. My encounter, however, was a total failure! The shoes were uncomfortable to wear, and the apparel was of poor quality. I won't even mention the jewelry because it seemed like something I could create myself. The ordering procedure was a nightmare, and the website was difficult to navigate. When my items did eventually reach, they were poorly packaged and damaged due to the slow shipping. Additionally, the customer care was appalling! I attempted to return my items, but when I did, they were unhelpful and rude. Avoid BORIFLORS like the plague to spare yourself the pain. There are numerous other fashion companies that provide higher standards of product and customer care. Avoid wasting time and money on BORIFLORS' misguided fashion choices.
