The most valuable thing about this product is that you don't need to be physically present at your office in order to investigate threats against your systems. Instead, you just have to log into the software through remote access from wherever you may be. It's very user friendly as well -- no one has ever had difficulty using it! There are some things that could be improved such as being able to perform more extensive searches within certain folders. However I've never found myself running out of space while investigating so maybe those issues aren't important enough to warrant improving the program? Just make sure you get all your updates because there have been several improvements made since we started with them. We're solving our own security problems by reducing time spent searching for malware -- instead, we can focus solely on determining what is actually malicious.
