🏠 Boley American House Playset - Pretend Play for Kids Review

My kids love this dollhouse and it has some adorable/fun accessories but it is wrongly said it has 'working lights and sounds'. It has NO light or sound. This toy has no battery operated functions. It's all plastic. But since my children like to play with it, I give it 3 stars. I paid $32 for it because I thought the sound and light effects were worth it. I feel like I paid too much for a plain old plastic dollhouse.

My granddaughters aged 2 and 4 love this little dollhouse so I'm giving it a 4. Looking at the picture I assumed the parts were staged, um to show that it was indeed so. included. From the outside, the dollhouse is adorable, with working windows, garage doors and a doorbell. There is no depth "inside" except one inch. I guess I shouldn't have assumed there were "rooms" housing the different parts. Again, the girls loved it and the size is perfect for grandma.

I think you get what you pay for with this dollhouse. For 24.99 you get very thin plastic and almost flat cardstock paper to decorate the dollhouse. The numbers are decent. Furniture is poor and already three chairs have broken with minimal play. However, my kids love it! And I'm not expressing my concern to them, but I plan to find a better dollhouse that opens and closes like this. I guess I need to spend about $100 on something good.

This dolls house didn't last more than 48 hours after we gave it to our daughter for her birthday. This dollhouse has extremely sharp edges which posed a significant hazard to our little ones and has been put aside so they can no longer play with it. I really expected better quality control from Revain. This product is clearly the cheapest Chinese junk. If one of my babies was cut up instead of me, there would be a major lawsuit against Revain and the manufacturer.

I knew it was cheap but I didn't realize it was so cheaply made. The house itself is decent. But the furniture, cheap paper floors, paper yard and cheap plastic people disappointed. Furniture does not even fit upstairs or downstairs in the house. The bottom is thin cardboard that doesn't hold up and tears easily. The yard is made of paper, which also tears easily. I am almost certain that the box with the company logo is stronger and of better quality. That's where the money went. lol

I can't wait for my daughter to open this adorable dollhouse on Christmas morning. She's asked for a dollhouse, but all the ones I've seen are either too flimsy or take hours to assemble. I like this dollhouse because it can be closed and all the parts can be stored inside. It also comes with the basics you need: toy people, furniture, kitchen utensils, a pet, and other fun items. I look after my granddaughter, so I'm always on the lookout for toys that are age-appropriate. My granddaughter is 2 and this house is perfect. Some people complained that it was cramped inside.
