Very durable and reliable quality. Haven't had a chance to use them yet other than get on the jeep. But a strong mount should be more than enough. They prevent the sun visor from pressing fully against the windshield, but the visor drops low enough to be useful. Due to the angles of the mounting holes, the screws are a little difficult to install. I was worried that I crossed two screws in, but after removing and checking the threads, they turned out to be fine. Be careful and screw in the screws by hand. They are very tight when installed and can only be turned with your fingers for the first few turns.
