This harness is what You'll need it if you're working with metal or something. Great strap for hanging bags and tools. The attachment of the Cobra buckles to the legs and chest is much nicer than the old school buckles. Padding is where you want it when you wear it, and when you fall there's padding in your feet where you need it. In the summer you sweat a little more than in a really thin nylon trapeze, but I think it's worth it for the features. I am 6ft 1in and 185lbs. The medium size is perfect for me.
