This is the first intercom system I've ever purchased. The installation was easy enough. Placing the speakers behind the padding was semi difficult, but that is a case by case basis. My wife loves being able to talk during our long rides together.The unit has some static when using the intercom, but not when using bluetooth to my phone with music. The brackets don't tighten up enough on the helmet, so sometimes the units can slide off if you bump them. So will probably use 3M tape to hold them…

Great system for the price. The audio quality is a 4/5 for me because it does get a bit tinny at times, but I mean. 100$ for two. This has been SUCH an awesome addition to my helmet and hopefully my girlfriends as well. Sometimes I forget my phone on the bike because the Bluetooth range is so far!Update: After owning them for over 6 months, they disconnect and lose signal a lot. There is a LOUD BEEP in your ear occasionally, but they are cheap, and they do the job "most" of the time.

My wife and I recently bought a pair of higher end scooters which we take out for rides very frequently. These easy to install headsets allow us to talk to one another throughout a ride without having to be side by side. Sound quality is clear and the controls are easy enough to use even with gloves on. We bought this intercom for the ski season 2020, so we could talk to each other on the slopes instead of yelling at each other and not hearing each other even though we are yelling. Works great, while on calls people can hear me fine with little to no wind noise. Battery lasts a long time, always connects no problem. Takes some trial and error to position the speakers to not put pressure on your ears but once you get it you dont even know they are there and they sound great and drowned out the road and traffic noise even on the highway.

It's Loud. I ride a cbr600rr and I can hear the music over my bike. If you don't then you need to adjust them until they're positioned right. Once I found the sweat spot I had to turn it down. Install is easy, Set up was simple. Controles are a little confusing but the build quality of the mic was bad. Fell apart in my hands but i use this for music only so im not to worried. Worth it for what it cost. My expectations were low and they were met.

If your looking for great sound quality, battery life FreedConn communication system is the way to go. I seen a lot of reviews on this product saying the sound is low and I could see that if you put the speakers in the wrong spot (I did). I adjusted them and wow they blew my wife’s and mine ear drums away lol. Great sound, clarity and battery life.

So far I am very pleased with this helmet Bluetooth communication system. The only real problems I’ve had are in high winds and Mx volume. Otherwise I feel like this is a fantastic system that won’t break the bank.

Really simple product that works well. As some have noted, the bass isn’t as good as you’d get on a much higher cost unit but it’s great for what it is. Only problem with the product is the clamp for the head unit is pretty useless, tighten I down as much as you like and it’ll still slide off. Gave up and used the other mounting plate with the double sided tape which seems to work fine so far.

Sound quality is 7/10, don’t expect Bose quality but it’s way better than most speakers of its size. Install is easy, took maybe 5 minutes. At high speeds obviously the wind will negate some of the quality of sound. The intercom system works great at less than 35. Any faster and the wind noise on the microphone makes it a bit difficult to hear the other person. All in all great for the price, but if you’re looking for super high quality you’re going to have to pay more.

Bought these to install on two dirtbike helmets. Easy to install, adhesive was super tacky, everything installed just like a Sena SMH5. The battery life seems great but we only used it for a few hours. Pairing was pretty straight forward, just follow instructions. The sound quality was as good, if not better, than my Sena SMH3. Install was really easy on my helmet. Music sound quality is not great just not a full sound but calls work great and I can hear my caller just fine at speed with a fairly noisy adventure helmet. These definitely do what they say they do. Pairs consistently with my Samsung phone and worked fine with my partner's iPhone. The intercom works great too though I've only trie dit with a passenger and not another rider. I had one of the headsets have weak volume in one earpiece and the manufacturer just sent me a replacement set without having to send everything back so that was a plus. Having the FM radio is an added bonus. Only thing I'd change is the volume knob takes a while to respond…
