Cheap and easy solution to disable ESP

Worked great on my 2005 Hyundai Tucson. I had an issue where my ESP would turn off sometimes. It started out gradually, only stalling once every few weeks, but then it got so bad that just stepping on the brakes would stall it, even when the car wasn't running. After some research this switch appeared to be the likely culprit and it is a cheap and easy to replace part. Also, I remembered that many years ago Hyundai had a recall for defective brake light switches, so I figured they only needed to be replaced every few years. It took about 20 minutes to loosen and unscrew the old one to align the locknut position. Screw on a new one that fits the old one and put in a new one and voila! ESP and brake lights have been working without problems for a few weeks. It's easy to replace yourself, and it's better than relying on stealing.
