I've been taking this pretty much constantly for the past month and a half. The faze took a while to load to take effect, I only used 2 scoops instead of the 4-5 some people recommend. Eventually I noticed that I had less pain after exercising, that's the whole point. A star is deducted for not delivering a scoop. It's the little thing that really sucks when you have to pull out a teaspoon every time you use the powder.
