I ordered four different types and two from Ebay, this one and the Spenco cross trainer, same company. I find these have a higher arch support than the cross trainers and I can't get used to the feel (guess my feet are flat). I prefer the cross trainers out of all four (one was Scholl I believe while another one was purchased at WalMart for like $10). Replace factory insoles in every shoe I buy with Spencos. I have back and knee problems and they save me from alot of pain. They're cushioning in the heel and the ball of your foot. The red walk/run version is aittle larger and work well in attic shoes and boots. For shoes that don't have as much room I use Spenco crosstrainers.

I have been using Spenco CrossTrainers for several years to assist with arch fatigue and perhaps some plantar fascitis. It seems that this Walker/Runner model works even better for me. Have tried too many other inserts to count. These fit nicely, provide a cushiony feel, and don’t squeak inside the shoes. If they provided more arch support, they would be perfect.
