A must have in all my shoes.
Replace factory insoles in every shoe I buy with Spencos. I have back and knee problems and they save me from alot of pain. They're cushioning in the heel and the ball of your foot. The red walk/run version is aittle larger and work well in attic shoes and boots. For shoes that don't have as much room I use Spenco crosstrainers.
- Lightweight and breathable to keep feet cool and dry
- May cause the foot to slide forward in the shoe
