These are great fasteners. If you look at the photos you will see that they are surprisingly small considering the strength of the magnet. There are 25 bronze, 25 gold, 25 darker silver and 25 lighter silver. I wanted to use them for a thin single strand necklace thinking the magnet might not be strong enough to hold something heavier. I have tried them on several thin freshwater pearl necklaces and have been very happy with them. Because they are so small, they don't look like a large magnetic clasp. I am attaching a photo of a 19" four strand necklace I made. I tried wearing it all day to see if it would fall off and it held up with no problems. If they can hold up this necklace, are they strong enough to hold many of the necklaces I make, not only do they work great but they are very economical.
