First the seller pictures upside down. By US convention, depressing the top of the rocker switch is the on position. I don't know why the five radio buttons are offset and not centered, I think to label above the radio button (again, the image is wrong). Labels are not included. There are no instructions or mounting templates included. Another reviewer said that the wires would need to be moved to the middle row for it to work, which is incorrect. Since the switches are illuminated, they require 12-24 VDC. The center line is the switched positive voltage. This only works with negative mass.
