I edited this due to GPC interference. Long story short, they noticed my initial 2 star rating (below) and tried to reassure me. This included several email exchanges and the speedy delivery of another cartridge that matched the damaged original cartridge. I guess my point is that sometimes they produce faulty material but they were willing to fix the problem. So I changed it from 2 to 4.5 stars. We all make mistakes, but they admit them even after a year. I should have contacted them before leaving a review. Guilty. Thank you GRC -------- It took me over a year to install it. I ordered them when the printer said my cartridges were at 0% but the originals kept printing so I kept using them. But a few months ago the old was really done away with and the new came to replace it. Time for a review! Three colors still work, decent enough. But black is nonsense. It showed up pretty quickly and "Clean Commit Build" doesn't solve it. I tried cleaning the drum by hand - I used to work with a similar liquid toner with a 33-inch photo drum - but couldn't figure out how to rotate the drum without completely damaging it. do it eventually.) And it still doesn't fix the root cause. There's also visible damage to the drum itself, which could actually be the root cause: metal shavings in the cleaning unit? which said I'd get a prize if I give them a 5 star rating. That always annoys me, even when it's true. This isn't here. 2. When I just ordered a new cartridge, I wasn't paying attention and ordered again from GPC. So I'm an idiot. Two stars for this purchase, for the colors. More later on whether the new ones work better. I'm not hopeful.
