Review on Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice Arctic 195/60 R15 88T winter by Wiktor Janusz ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best thing I've ever used, a great item for everyone!

I bought it a few days ago, instead of Hankook Winter i * Pike W409. Well, I couldn’t ride it and that’s it, it slips all the time and makes you nervous on any surface except deep snow, it’s a pity that 16,000 wasted money on it, I’ll have to sell it now. For a long time while studying the Internet on this topic, I accidentally stumbled upon this miracle of 2022, on which the manufacturer had been working for as many as 5 years))). it’s a pity, but it’s no longer on sale, and they say Michelin sold it.) It doesn’t slip on the surface, it goes tenaciously, it registers turns well, it slows down perfectly. I’m not a racer and of course I won’t go 150 km on it)))), but 60-90 km per hour is just right for me. I bought tires in an online store and they cost me 20.980 + tire service 1500 (I have 205 * 55 * R16). Plus, my confidence in the purchase was reinforced by a video review about her behavior on ice on the Volkswagen Passat, we have the same platform with him. I wanted to take Hakku 7, but they dissuaded me, they said that lucky, a lot of complaints about balancing due to 2022 casting, the Finnish one was perfect, but noisy Hakka compared to Goodyear. Everyone here writes about helicopter noise when running in, there is noise, it will be on any spike, but I wouldn’t call it helicopter, me I personally don’t bother, maybe everything depends on the soundproofing of the car, though I don’t have a Mercedes)))). Think!)))

Pros
  • Soft, sticks to asphalt, tenacious on ice, moderately noisy, beautiful appearance, in my opinion, made in Poland, not in 2022, well balanced, tears competitors like a "tuzik heating pad".
Cons
  • I haven't noticed the obvious yet!
