I like that they have multiple tiers of service. They are very proactive in their support and are always quick to respond. I also like how easy it is to set up a new server as well as migrate an existing one. There aren't any real downsides to using this provider, however there may be some that you haven't come across yet. We use them for our main website but we're also looking into migrating a couple of other sites off of shared hosting onto dedicated servers with them. The benefit is having a fully managed environment with all of the tools necessary to build out your site without needing to worry about hardware or software issues.
