I like that it is hosted in multiple data centers around the world to ensure high availability of services. It's easy to use, and the customer service team are great. Some features are not as intuitive as others - such as how to import files into a database. You can't easily see the progress of an upload or download unless you hover over them. I like that they have multiple tiers of service. They are very proactive in their support and are always quick to respond. I also like how easy it is to set up a new server as well as migrate an existing one. There aren't any real downsides to using this provider, however there may be some that you haven't come across yet.
