I love that it's easy for me as an owner of my business (a hair salon) to keep up with all our customer feedback! It makes sure we are always in touch with what people think about us which helps drive sales because customers want to know they're getting great service every time! The only thing I wish was different would be if you could get notifications when someone leaves or adds a new comment so you don't have to constantly check your profile page yourself. Keeps everyone informed at once instead of having to go back and forth between multiple pages/profiles myself.
