Update - Almost a month later I LOVE this product. I learn that if you press the power button twice, it locks so the tool doesn't turn off during use. I learned how to use it and now I can cut my hair styling time in half. The only reason I don't give it a 5 pass is because I have to be careful when using it as the heat can damage the ends of my hair, but the reality is that this is true of any hair styling tool. Definitely great for the price I generally agree with the product and results because I have to use one tool less but when I use it I have to be careful how I hold it because where are the on/off and temperature buttons, which I accidentally turned off
