This is my first day using the mug warmer, and I have to say, it made my Friday. I am notorious for leaving my beverage somewhere, or letting my hot beverages get cold. I simply put the warmer on high and voila, hot cocoa. The ability to control the temp is a wonderful feature as I prefer my beverages very hot, and it did not fail me.I will write more after I have used it for about a month or so. It’s seems products are built to last but only so long these days so you have to buy another one. You know, like a laptop or copy machine.
