I ordered 9.5-11 for my daughter who wears US size 9.5-10 - they are HUGE. They almost fit my other daughter who wears a size 2. I would say they are about a size 1. I will keep them for the price and hopefully in 3 years my daughter will want to wear them. It's a durable material (similar to Croc material). ), but they also look weird. I thought the odd shape would be good for a toddler to keep on their feet but might look odd for an older child.
