I recently purchased an HP Elitebook 840 G4 laptop that claims to have a Core i5 7300U processor. The laptop arrived on time and I was happy to set it up and use it. After setup, the laptop didn't allow me to access files through file explorer, and the processor wasn't a 7300U, it was a 7200U. There is a difference and I didn't understand what was advertised and the system didn't work. I know Windows has recently released updates with problems, but if I buy something that needs fixing, I expect it to work as it should. The company gave me no choice but to return it for a refund. I can accept it, but they might ask if I'm okay with replacing the system and fixing the problems. I recently found a better computer at a comparable price to replace this purchase. The company could save us time by helping and possibly substituting.
