It is marketed as "Heavy Duty Commercial Food Service Equipment & Supplies" but it doesn't stand up to its name. The bags are thin and tend to tear, which can result in food spoilage. On top of that, the packaging is misleading which can make you think that you're purchasing something of industrial and scientific quality. .
