Comfortable without taking up any room
Oh these make such a difference on my heel pain. I can't do the full size inserts because they slide my feet forward and pinch my toes.but these were enough extra cushion on my heels without taking up room. I don't have any medical condition to cause the pain, I just walk really heavy on my heels and after 16 hr shifts it becomes exceedingly painful.
- I have bad heel spurs. These give relief without being bulky.
- Feels great if I can get them to stay in place. They move around far too much.
