Seems better than most.
Probe tip is quite large for tight spaces. It seems to catch small leaks fairly well, better than my other 2. Had to wrap the compressor nose in plastic wrap overnight to detect a shaft seal leak, but then that confirmed my assumption of a leak. I still like my black light better, but some spots aren't visible, so a sniffer is my last hope.
