I ordered a Disuppo knee pad to replace a much cheaper drug store brace and was impressed with the comfort and stability it offered. An improvement over suspenders with straps, the padded inner sleeve that slips over your leg reduces the discomfort and irritation that a strap causes on bare skin. I was pleased with the lightweight aspect of this brace while being impressed with the stability it provides to my kneecap. The Disuppo is very comfortable for extended wear, not bulky under clothes, and I forgot to take it off before bed on a number of occasions. The side braces are strong and allow for plenty of movement. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
