Belt helps good for me

Belt is great for SI joint pain. Easy to use and not bulky. Like other belts I've tried, the velcro loses its stickiness over time and it doesn't hold together as well. Actually, loses stick after about 3-4 months (approx. 3 days a week use) if you use the belt at the exact same location on the velcro each time. Overall, very helpful for walking, sitting for periods of time. Takes pressure off SI joints. I recommend.
