I've tried a lot of electric razors over the last ten or fifteen years. The best I can say about this model is that it shaves just as well as the $300+ Series 7. It still doesn't compare to the blade. I would almost say if it weren't for the poor quality of the neck shave it would be almost decent. Advantages: Faster shave, less cleaning mess, easy to take on the go. Cons: 7/10 for face shaving, 5/10 for neck, you have to shave every day or the shaving experience will be worse. The face is smooth not even a second after shaving. This means applying aftershave lotion to an uncombed face. Final Thoughts: Unless your skin can handle a blade or physical limitations don't allow it, I would stay away from electric razors. Or if you don't mind shaving and still not getting a smooth face. The ease of an electric razor appeals to my lazy nature, but the lack of anything resembling a close shave renders it useless.
