Way better then paying 325 for a facial at the local plastic surgery place. Get numbing cream or it will hurt. Start low setting and if okay put higher if your face isn’t red it’s not deep enough. Wish it made me bleed more because it isn’t deep enough to get the deeper layer of skin. Use hyaluronic acid but not the cheap Crap in the white and baby blue container. I've had professional microneedling done in the past and loved the results and do to the experience had an idea of how to do it myself. I used a topical lidocaine to numb my face and went to work. I was able to go with a dept of 1mm and didn't have any of the residual redness that I do with professional microneedling but did have results the next day. Specifically an area on my chin that has some acne marks that won't go away.

Absolutely does what it should, love the lights! Easy to follow instructions. During recovery periods, take the cartridge out of the unit and use the lights alone directly on your skin! I had a few small breakouts, which is completely normal after a treatment, and turned the pen on to 1 with the blue light and no cartridge to kill the bacteria and it worked great! I love this pen. I've used it a few times and I've seen great results right after. It is less painful than I expected. I know everyone has a different tolerance to pain but unless you go up to 1 you will most likely feel just a tingling sensation. Needles look much scarier than they actually feel.I would definitely recommend this product. But please, read instructions and watch some YouTube videos to familiarize yourself with how microneedling works.

This is a quality product, it feels like a healthy weight and runs smoothly the several times that I’ve used it. Not your spa grade micro needling device but does suffice given the cost. It is effective and but my skin purged the first time I used it. I went according to the instructions depth but next time I will go 2.0 all over face with the exception of under eyes and eyelids 1.0-1.5This is my person preference. Didn’t use lidocaine it is not painful what so ever . Completely tolerable. I need to perform more sessions prior to determining the overall effects.

You certainly get what you pay for here! The 4 different light options is a plus as well in addition to the 6 speeds to choose from. But what I honestly like best about the product is that it comes with many disposable 12 and 36 pin cartridges so that you don't have to worry about any sort of infections from improper cleaning or simply forgetting to wash after use.Highly recommended!

I am about 65 years old. I’ve used this for several months and the lines around my mouth have softened, has taken away most of my jowls, and have eliminated a couple of brown "molds” or softened them. If I had started using this earlier, it would have been better. I use the numbing cream, you need it. I try to use twice a week and then skip a week or two. I can afford to do it myself. So glad I found this product.

I was worried about the reviews saying theirs just vibrates so I took a slow motion video and mine definitely moves up and down as it should. I've only used it twice so far so a bit early for softening lines but my skin definitely looks and feels amazing a few days after!

I’ve have used the device twice in two weeks. I used the 36 pin 1st and did .25 around eyes and mouth and .5 on cheeks. No pain, feels like a cat licking you; I put on a sheet mask and mild redness was gone within an hour, light skin flaking after a couple days.
