Not your spa grade micro needling device but does suffice given the cost. It is effective and but my skin purged the first time I used it. I went according to the instructions depth but next time I will go 2.0 all over face with the exception of under eyes and eyelids 1.0-1.5This is my person preference. Didn’t use lidocaine it is not painful what so ever . Completely tolerable. I need to perform more sessions prior to determining the overall effects.
