The ability to encrypt documents in one place, making it easier for clients to access their files when needed. I don't like that you have to create an account with them before using the software. It's not intuitive or easy to use without having been trained by someone who knows how to navigate through all of its functions. I would recommend this product if your client needs encrypted file storage for sensitive data such as medical records, financial statements, etc. We are able to store confidential patient information securely in our own cloud system so they can easily access their information from anywhere.
