Great Product With Room For Improvement

I like that it's web-based, but also has mobile apps available to be used when out of your office. It does what you need. The interface is not always easy for beginners or people who are new to using an online system. There really should be more tutorials offered in order for users to fully understand how to use this product. We were able to track our time spent working on projects as well as invoice customers easily with the program. This software has helped us streamline all aspects of…

  • This program integrates well with our phone system and allows us to keep track of our time working on a project whether it be online or out of the office
Cons
  • The program is easy to use most of the time, however it is very easy to get stuck in the program and not know how to navigate around as well as how to utilize the software

Excellent for CRM and accounting purposes

This software is easy to use, very stable & reliable! It has excellent customer service from live chat support team as well which I can recommend 100%. The integration with our ERP system was seamless - no complications there either (we are using SAP). We have integrated it directly into Salesforce so that we get all of this information in one place when dealing internally or externally within sales/marketing teams-this gives us more visibility than any other solution out their at present time…

Very user friendly and great Customer Service

The ease of use, customer service team is very helpful when you need assistance or have questions about your account/solution! Nothing so far that I dislike but would like to see more options added in future releases (such as time tracking). We are using this software primarily because it's easy enough our employees can navigate without any training required from us at all - they love how simple everything has become with them being able solve their own problems rather than needing support…

Acclux has been a great partner for us.

We've had great success with Acclux so far. Our experience has been that they listen closely to our requests, understand our business goals, and produce customized solutions to meet those goals. This includes better functionality for our employees and clients, better reporting, and additional capabilities that we didn't even think of. All in all, I am very pleased with the service we receive. It's great to have such a responsive partner. We needed help implementing some software development…
