I like that it's web-based, but also has mobile apps available to be used when out of your office. It does what you need. The interface is not always easy for beginners or people who are new to using an online system. There really should be more tutorials offered in order for users to fully understand how to use this product. We were able to track our time spent working on projects as well as invoice customers easily with the program. This software has helped us streamline all aspects of running my business from scheduling appointments through invoicing clients.
